From the exotic climate of the Quezaltenago highlands in Guatemala comes this unique bean purposefully selected to offer complex fruity sweetness with smooth cocoa richness. It's roasted to a true medium to ensure a balanced experience. There's no better way to enjoy this roast than as a pour over, but if you happen to own a siphon pot, you'd be in for a treat.
These bean are European Processed (EP) - hand sorted to be free of most defects prior to being roasted.
