Peru Decaf

This fully washed Peruvian coffee is sun-dried, then decaffeinated using the Swiss water method. It makes an excellent medium roast and can be best enjoyed as an afternoon or digestif coffee for those who love the taste, but want to hold the caffeine.

This bean is well-suited for a variety of brew methods, but is most appropriate as a filtered drip pot. For a more tasteful experience, try as a pour over with a slightly more aggressive coffee-to-water ratio (1:17).
